TItanium is a fascinating metal - incredibly lightweight, quite hard and durable, hypoallergenic, and able to anodized into shades ranging from gold to electric blue to deep violet, and all the shades in between.
These earrings are made from hand cut and beveled petals that were anodized twice, with sanding treatments in between, resulting in a deep purply brown hue with an organic, satiny finish. The petals are attached to sterling chain via handformed and sawn jump rings, and are placed asymmetrically, each earring being different, but complementary. Titanium is incredibly lightweight, allowing for a bold piece of jewelry that won't weigh you down.
While I may make a similar pair in the future, these earrings are truly one of a kind in shape, color, and placement of the petals.
